2023 4^th International Conference on Industrial Control Network and System Engineering Research (ICNSER 2023) is going to be held on August 25-27, 2023 in Dalian, China. This conference focuses on the latest research on "Control Network and System", aiming to gather experts, scholars, researchers and related practitioners in this field from all over the world, share research results, explore hot issues and exchange new experiences and technologies. Nowadays, the development of industrialization has reached a peak, and intelligent industrial production needs digital control and systems. The progress and development of related algorithms and frameworks can help achieve more intelligent production in the industrial field. We sincerely welcome experts and scholars in related fields to submit their new research or technical contributions to ICNSER 2023, and share valuable experiences with scientists and scholars from all over the world.

Proccedings

All papers, both invited and contributed, will be reviewed by three experts from the committees and peer researchers. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers will be included in the conference proceedings which to be published and submitted to  Ei Compendex, Scopus.

Submission and Review Process Requirement

All the submissions must be sent to our email before the submission deadline. The submissions will be reviewed by preliminary review and peer-review (double-blind). The preliminary review will take 1-2 working days by our Committee Members, if the submission passed the preliminary review, then it will be peer-reviewed by 2-3 reviewers. And the review results come out within 15-20 days. If the paper needs revising (minor or major revisions), the revised version should be submitted again for peer review by the initial reviewer(s). If the submission passed the peer-review and accepted by our Committee Members, then we will finally accept this paper and let the author revise the paper format based on the Paper Format Template. Please note that authors whose paper is accepted should attend the conference
